They look to be in decent cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. They both appear to be missing their actual pump heads. They both power up, as shown, and their digital displays are bright and clear, and they respond to input from the buttons. However, one of them will not pump. Whenever the "Start" button is pressed, the display reports: "OL," and it does not start spinning. The other one pumps successfully, the speed is adjustable, and the direction is reversible. When set to "flow rate," it will pump continuously, or when set to "volume," it will pump until it reaches the set volume, and then it will stop automatically. However, this is the extent of my testing of these pumps, and they are being sold as-is. Only one power cord is included. No other accessories are included.
