They look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. They power up, and the laser emits a blue laser beam, although it is not very powerful. I tested the output with a digital power meter set to a wavelength of 488nm, and it is only putting out about 0.8mW. This is the extent of my testing of these items, and they are being sold as-is.
