This unit appears to be barely used, if at all. It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it responds to input from the controls. However, I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test it, and it is being sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 14"L x 12"W x 4"H.
