You are bidding on this very old "CORONA" folding, portable Typewriter that was purchased from a local Estate Sale along with some other early Items (see other Auctions). It's last Patent Date, on the back, is 1917 while it looks to stil lbe in very good, used condition with some surface wear throughout it. It folds down & up fine while all of the Keys work. The Space Bar works only when I helped push the Carriage a bit (Bell rings) while it looks like the line, that helps hold the Carriage, when the Space bar is depressed, is broken (I hope that makes sense). The Typewriter could use better cleaning to look even nicer while I'll let High Bidder clean it properly. It does come with it's Ribbon but it is pretty dry while the Typewriter will make a great addition to any collection or as the perfect Gift.
