CAHN 4400 ELECTROBALANCE - with Hook & Trays - Tested - Government Surplus Item Description Government Surplus CAHN 4400 ELECTROBALANCE with Trays & Hooks ------------------------------ Good Morning, today we have some GOVERNMENT SURPLUS - LABORATORY EQUIPMENT up for auction. This auction is for a CAHN Model 4400 ELECTROBALANCE with TRAYS & HOOKS These items are surplus from a Canada Agri Research Station. This item was in service until 2 months ago when it was replaced with a new item. With Canadian Government agencies they are allotted so much money each year for equipment replacement, and if they do not all their budgeted money, they loose that amount of funding for the next year. This causes a lot of good usable equipment to be replaced, as the agency must spend their budget, and equipment is replaced when it does not have to be, and is still usable. The unit comes complete with all the attachments shown in the pictures. (Hooks, Trays & Cover) This is a used item and has some minor cosmetic signs of use, such as some scratches, scuffs, dust and residual labeling tape adhesive. The unit was tested when sold, and marked in working condition. The unit powers on, and the "NULL" needle responds to dial changes. The unit measures 12" by 11" by 7" tall The serial number is 43595 The unit was made in USA We are asking only a fraction of the replacement cost of this item. I am not an expert of Laboratory equipment items, and am using information I found on the Internet. Unfortunately we are located in Canada delivery make take a little longer than if it was mailed from a US address - Usually 7 to 10 business days. As you can tell from the quality of my pictures, I do not make my living a a professional photographer. I find it very difficult to take pictures of glass objects.
