The Fujikura 40S is a high performance fusion splicer. The sale includes:  1.    splicer 2.    cleaver (CT-04B) 3.    manual 4.    battery/power supply 5.    original case The unit was refurbished and recalibrated by AFL (Alcoa-Fujikura)  in mid-2008 and used only a few times since.  Arc count is only 57  since refurbishment;  total arc count is 4216. About Newton Photonics:  We develop electronic and optical instrumentation.    The product described above is excess to our current needs:  it has been used in our lab AND is fully functional.  If you have any questions, please ask:  we are technically knowledgeable about the products we sell.
