CAI CEMS Pump Module You're bidding on a California Analytical Instruments CEMS Pump Module! This pump module has a KNF Neuberger pump with a 3-way solenoid valve, electronic regulator, flow meter, and an electrical junction box mounted on a standard 19" rack mount width steel plate with mounting bolts. The KNF pump is 120V AC, model MPU 655 N035-3.94. The MPU designation is for OEM pumps, so this is a custom pump made by KNF for CAI. The basic specifications are the same as the standard N035-3 pump. You can download the data sheet for the N035-3 below. This pump was just pulled from a CEM system that was retired several years ago. It was tested for an extended period, and it produces good vacuum/pressure and runs smoothly.
