California Instruments AC power source 1001WP 50/60 Hz 1000W 115 or 230 V out.  Comes with manual shown.  Comes with power cord (standard heavy duty IEC cord) and a European IEC power cord that can be used for the output. One foot is missing (see picture of bottom).  One button sometimes needs to be pressed a second time to stay depressed (but LEDs reliably indicate setting, so this has not been an issue when I've used it).  Pick up in San Jose, California and save the shipping cost.
