We ship only to the verified Paypal billing address. Unverified addresses will delay processing your order. Shipping Policy: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business day from receipt of payment. Our Shipping cutoff is at 2 pm PST. Tracking will be posted to eBay as soon as the item ships. For any lost or stolen packages that show as "delivered" according to the tracking or confirmation information. Contact the carrier for further help with delivery issues. If your item is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement for 14 days from the date the product was shipped. Our warranty does not include consumables, eg. toner, ink cartridges, bulbs, batteries, all for parts or repair items, missing accessories not stated in our ad or pictured, etc. Compatibility issues are not considered Dead On Arrival. Please check with the appropriate manufacturer to confirm compatibility issues before purchasing. To return an item, contact us and request a return for the order. All returned products must be 100% complete in the original packaging, in resalable condition, and include any manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories.
