Post office thickness gauge, lettermail tool, oversized gauge, canada post gauge Mouse over to enlarge Description *American Buyers - Have a version of this tool for USPS on my shop as well so please take a look at that its called "USPS 3 in 1 thickness gauge" You are looking at a custom designed, dual letter & small package measuring tool for the post office. This does work with Canada post, but it also may work with your country as well. Please check with your postal service to know. This is a guide, to show you if your small package / Parcel is too thick. In Canada if your letter is over 5mm thick then it would be considered an oversize package. If that package is over 20MM thick then its a parcel. With every stage the shipping costs get very high, so its nice to have this tool. I originally just made the 20mm slot for oversized packages but then i figured I should follow up buy making one regular letter mail 5mm slot as well. This was just a combo of those for those people that enjoy a muti function Canada post tool. This now serves both purposes in one package! I also added a small hole to top top so it can be hung on a thumb tack or a nail for convenience. My original design was a cheap flat design but it felt way too thin and wobbly and junky, so i added a ledge around the outside to make it more stable and strong. The hole diameter is approx 7.5mm Dimensions Outer shell Length - 209mm Width-50mm Height-3mm Large Slot (small package) Lenght-188mm Width-20mm Height-3mm Small Slot( letter slot) Lenght-188mm Width-5mm Height-3mm Printed in ABS plastic by default , but can switch this if you want(Message me if you want PLA plastic, otherwise it will be printed in ABS) 3D Printing Details All 3D items are 100% brand new, never used! 3D printed items are not perfect they may have small lines or blemishes but this will not affect the intended use of the object. Customization We can also customize this item for your personal preference. We can make this item smaller or larger by scale. If smaller by scale the price remains the same , but if larger the price will increase depending on size. We can also increase the resolution to make a higher detailed print (as low as 20 microns) Any increase in resolution will also increase the price. If you expect any alterations to the design, the price will go up according to the work required. We can also print in different plastics if you prefer.
