NICE LITTLE UNIT. IT COPIES JUST FINE, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT TO PRINT SO I CAN RUN A CONFIGURATION PAGE SO I CAN GET THE PRINT COUNT. IT IS NICE AND CLEAN. BID ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE NOTE: The printers and other items that we have listed have mostly been acquired in quantity through government auctions. Therefore, most items will usually have some minor scuffs, scratches and other signs of wear normally associated with any type of used equipment. We are not technicians, so we do not offer any type of technical support on any of the products. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify compatibility with their current hardware, software or systems prior to bidding. We do not have the resources to download all of the software needed to connect each and every printer up to a computer, so our testing simply consists of printing test and/or configuration pages by utilizing the control keys on the printer itself. The buyer is responsible for obtaining compatible software and/or drivers as well as the installation of those items. (We suggest that you check the manufacturer’s website for this information) Standard power cords for laser printers ARE normally provided. Unless otherwise stated, NO other items such as any kind of software, discs, USB or Parallel cables are provided. The toner that was in the used laser printers when we received them IS included unless stated differently. This can be as much as “almost full” to “almost empty.” COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. Do you offer local pickup? Yes we do and it is free. You just need to contact us in advance. We are available most every day. 2. How soon do you ship the item? We usually ship within a couple of days, but no more than 4 business days from the receipt of payment. 3. What if I receive my item and there is a problem? Please contact us FIRST and give us the opportunity to correct the situation before filing anything with eBay. We strive very hard to achieve 100% satisfaction. Although that isn’t always possible, we’d appreciate the chance to make it right before a resolution request has been filed. I almost forgot to add: Most items are also listed through other advertising mediums, both locally and nationally.
