The printer turns on initializes and shows two inks need to be replaced. The conditions seems good except some scratches. We are unable to test it further because it needs replacement of two ink cartridges. We are selling it as it is without any warranties. No returns offered. You may ask questions for further information. The buyer responsible for shipping charges and all the taxes, duties, brokerage or any other fees. “This plotter was bought in a group with HP plotter. We are keeping the HP plotter and selling this Canon IPF755 plotter/printer. We turned this plotter on and shows message to change two ink cartridges and does not let us do anything unless we change the cartridges. We cannot find the working condition and any other problems without installing the cartridges first. We are listing this plotter as is without offering any guarantees or warranties. There is no extra ink, paper or operator,s manual is included. You get what you see in the picture. It has a complete stand and paper catcher. The visible condition looks great except few scratches here and there.”
