The PC board is an ENMET 04703-001, rubber-stamped JULY 13, 1982. Alarm plugs into 120 volts, via attached cord. Operation is stepped down to 12 VAC. The alarm horn is an Atlas Sound Voice Tone VT-158. The sensor is mounted on an explosion-proof box with a long 16/3 SJO cable. Allen Bradley selector switches and Dialco indicator lights. Housed in an 8"x 10"x 4" Hoffman NEMA 12 enclosure. When you plug the unit in, the horn sounds and the red light comes on. I would suspect the sensor has to be replaced, and/or the control has to be re-calibrated.
