There are some areas of with scratches and paint chipping due to prior use (see photos 3 and 4). This scale has very good manuerability with wheels and brake features in excellent working condition. The display screen and keypad seem to be working properly. The hydraulic lift feature is also in proper working order. This scale is being sold "AS IS" and "Working".
