Ready to use JenaMed Fluorescence (Carl Zeiss Jena) laboratory microscope in good shape.The trinocular tube contains an adjustable, built-in Bertrand lens allowiing adjustements for proper illumination. The microscope is equipped with Planachromat objectives (12,5x, 20x, 40x, 100x): Eyepieces: GF 10x (25) Condenser: N.A. 0,9 Aplanatic  The reflected light source is a 50 W HBO lamp with power supply. The transmitted light has a built in 30W halogen power-supply.  The sliders contain two reflector blocks with a complete set of filters:  Blue (BPF510):    AlexaFluor 532, Chromeo 494GAR, Acridin-derivate, FITC Green (KP560):   TRITC, tdTomato, MitoTrackerRed, DSRed, AlexaFluor 568 The fluorochromes are examples based on the exciter filters and the dichroic beam-splitters only! The exact fluorophore you wish to use needs its own emitter filter for best resolution! Special emitters are available on the market for a reasonable price. The supplied emitters are useable on wide range but they are designed for general purposes - the image of some specimens  can be noisy by using these filter combinations.
