This adapter is extremely versatile and is used with most Zeiss Photo Slit Lamps and OPMI systems. Adapter offers PHOTO f=250mm and CINE f=107mm working distances. f250, f107, F=250, F=107 All lenses are in great shape. Cosmetically the adapter is in very good shape. Part is made in West Germany. Pictures are of the actual unit. Diaphragm is very smooth and works great. There is “NO RESERVE” so bid and you can get this part for your system dirt cheap. Check out my other items!
