The crock and lid are suitable for temperatures from 32 to 180 degrees F, dishwasher-safe, free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations, and meet NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing. The crock is 5.18" high, its lip is 5.06" in diameter, and its under lip is 4.68" in diameter.
