Carlisle CM110302 Coldmaster 6" D Third Size Divided Insulated Cold Food Pan, 3.4 Quart, White This Carlisle CM110302 Coldmaster white food pan keeps food temperatures at or below the National Restaurant Association guideline of 40 degrees F for up to eight hours. It will fit in standard sized food pan templates and is the one-third size, with a divider that makes it two one-sixths. It is made of BPA-free ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic, which is rigid, resists impact and abrasion, has good heat resistance, and is not affected by water, salts, most inorganic acids, food acids, and alkalines. The pan has an inner and outer shell, with a non-toxic refrigerant gel inside that receives a cold "charge" when frozen overnight, which eliminates the need for ice. It has a 1.7-qt. capacity on each side and measures 12.68 x 6.89 x 6.01 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from bottom to top.) This Coldmaster food pan is dishwasher-safe and meets NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing. Lid sold separately.
