Needs work. The travel gauge has the crystal loose and slips a gear now and then. I plugged it in and tried to zero it. It wanted to hunt around the numbers a bit. When I finally got it to settle on zero I went to get a weight to test it. When I came back the fuse had blown. I do not have a similar 1/4 amp fuse and didn't test it any further. The ten turn pot seems a little sloppy.
