Create the perfect crepe every time with this Carnival King GCM16LP 16" liquid propane cast iron crepe maker! Whipping up fresh crepes has never been easier! Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, this crepe maker's compact size is ideal for small prep areas or food trucks where space is limited. Built-to last, this crepe maker includes all of the essential features necessary to make sweet and savory signature crepes at your busy restaurant or hotel breakfast bar. The manual temperature control makes it easy to adjust your crepe maker's temperature as needed to take full advantage of its 22,000 BTU of cooking power. Designed with simplicity in mind, this crepe maker features a battery-operated ignitor button that will have you cooking in no time. This crepe maker features a 16" plate made from heavy-duty cast iron, providing ample room to evenly spread out batter and prevents crepes from sticking. Its stainless steel body makes it easy to clean and maintain, as well as tough and durable enough for frequent use in your cafe. This unit ships ready to use with a liquid propane connection and includes a natural gas conversion kit for your convenience. For added stability, this unit comes with non-slip, rubber feet so you can confidently rest it on countertops and work stations. To help you whip up crepes, a T-shape wooden crepe spreader and spatula are included. The T-Spreader allows you to fan out the batter to create a round, uniform crepe. Evenly distributing the batter will also prevent the crepe from burning. Both the spreader and spatula are must-have accessories for making crepes and help equip you and your business with a complete crepe-making-kit.
