This is a very nice used Carpenter Model 42B Compu-Cut Flat Cable, Wire, and Tubing Cutter 80-100 PSI. We used it for wire, cable and heat-shrink tubing. Flat cable max width 4” and max cable diameter 1”. Includes the machine, cable plug, air hose, and 42C (virtually the same) instructions. This cutter is very similar to a Schleuniger OC3950 and some of their newer EcoCut models that retail for over $9000.  Komax also makes a Lota cutter that’s similar and way more expensive.  These units are not only for wires or wiring.  They can be used to cut many round or hollow materials as well as many strip goods that can be cut.  Carpenter MFG current unit 42D is also very similar to these systems and most likely share most of the parts. The current version 42D is over $7000. We have 3 of these machines in similar condition. Free pickup at zip 19533 or pay actual shipping charges to your location. No boxing or handling fee.
