EXPLODE your profit with the biggest baddest Direct Drive CARPET AND DUCT CLEANING van in the land.  Make your competitors look like toys (VAN IS 11 FEET TALL! I am 5'9 "in the picture.  This van creates quite a stir and makes it VERY easy to develop a very high end business and BIGTIME referral sources.  After running this van for just 3 years we are the most expensive cleaner and I have more business than I can handle.  Our carpet cleaning end is exploding so I haven't had time to work on the duct cleaning so we are getting out of duct cleaning and I am selling my baby - I BUILT AND LOVE THIS VAN but I want to build some new equipment for me and my dad. I have maintained meticulously. This set up is crazy lucrative, a carpet cleaning job in a high end home is $400 to $900  and duct cleaning is $500 to  $1100!  It's so nice pulling up to one house and bringing in $2000. See it in action at our website: iowadream    Please feel free to call me at 319-350-5530 MONSTER VACUUM: CARPET CLEANING: Direct Drive, 800 CFM 5/9 blower with properly sized vacuum silencer and custom blower filters with MASSIVE surface area.  Most  truck mounts drastically under-size these critical components and severely choke off their vacuum.  Our silencer is a $900,  6 feet long, 24 "diameter ultra high air flow monster. Our blower filtration is two stage. Stage one is a 55 gallon drum with a 10 micron mesh filter. Stage two is after the recovery tank and is a set of dual 3 "Diameter X 12 "long  5 micron filters.  Fantastic free air flow AND great blower protection. KILLER HEAT: Two custom heat exchangers (engine radiator heat- $1900) and a  little giant 3HT 120,000 BTU propane heater ($1800). We run a temperature gauge at the floor with high flow to a rotovac 360 and can run all day long at 250 degrees at the carpet while dual wanding or even ultra high flow when filling buckets with gallons of steaming water for pet urine removal. HYBRID FUEL ECONOMY: We are currently buying propane all winter long on contract at $1.59 per gallon! We bought propane as little as $1.20 per gallon this year.  You burn about 10% to 20% more than gas but 1.20 x 120% = $1.44 per gallon vs. gas!  Propane always goes up during the winter but you can buy it on contract (pre-pay and guarantee a low winter price).  It has been drastically cheaper than gas during the busy part of the season.  Great selling point too, it is the cleanest, greenest burning fuel there is.  Engines last insanely long (500,000+ miles) because of almost no hydrocarbon buildup in the engine.  Greenest burning fuel! 65% less emissions!  Has a $3000, 60 gallon propane belly tank (same as the ones on Schwan's trucks) for the engine and a $400, 24 gallon belly tank for the propane heater. Amazing fuel economy on the job. I will show you how we fill our own propane at the shop - saves time fueling up during the day.  We geared the equipment to drive the blower at its maximum 800 CFM'S and the motor is only running at 1100 RPM!   MONSTER DUCT CLEANING EQUIPMENT: - is a Meyer porta-vac 5000 CFM negative air vacuum with a 20 HORSEPOWER kohler ($5000) and a two stage Denver-Gardner 15 horsepower air compressor with all the duct cleaning hoses (120 feet of 6 "= $1100 and it all slides up on the roof of the van- nice and organized.) tools and air whip. This is not  a rotobrush style pull only system that the National air duct cleaning associations warn everyone not to use. This is the right way to clean ducts with a negative air machine and a high volume air compressor ($2500) and air whip system ($600).  Includes 120 feet of 6 "vacuum hose ($1200) and the air whip system with all attachments and extensions ($450) and tool kit $$200) GREAT VAN WITH LOW MILEAGE, a TON OF LIFE LEFT:SUPER BEEFY COMMERCIAL CHASIS BUILT TO GET 500,000 MILES PLUS - Chevy P6! only 78,000 miles! Engine was completely top of the line, all molly rebuilt at 35,000 miles, so only 36,000 miles on this motor! All aluminum body will look like new for decades.  The paint looks EXACTLY like the day I had it painted by the best shop in the area. It does have one big scratch and a long slight dent  - I will send you pictures. DIRECT DRIVE PTO SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN WAY OVERBUILT ON EVERY COMPONENT.  I HATE downtime with a passion. So I built simplest, easiest to repair system the available.  Every bearing, belt and component is the best.  This system is designed last 15,000 hours and to be extremely simple to repair. There is TONS of room to get to each component without removing anything.  NO SOLENOIDS OR bullshit PARTS THAT CREATE DOWNTIME.  With only 2050 hours it is just getting started.
