This listing is for one NEW Carrier 2.5 ton packaged air conditioning unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with refrigerant and ready to run. Optional electric heat can easily be added to this unit. This unit is New Old Stock, manufactured in 2006 and in storage since. It has never been hooked up or run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The top of the unit is bent down in one spot and there are a few other minor scratches and dents on the cabinet. « There are a number of small rubbed spots on the coil and one large rubbed spot. The hail guard is bent over the large spot. None of the tubes are bent. The unit is fully charged with refrigerant and does not leak. « The data plate has been removed from the outside of the unit but there's a label inside that shows the model and serial numbers. These issues should have no effect on the unit's performance. See photos for details.
