This listing is for one NEW Carrier 4 ton packaged Energy-X High Efficiency air conditioning unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This is a COMMERCIAL unit requiring 208/230 volt 3 phase power. Optional electric heat can easily be added to this unit. See photo of label for available heat strip sizes and model numbers This unit is New Old Stock, manufactured in 2010 and in storage since. It has never been hooked up or run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The top of the unit is bent slightly on one end and in a couple of other spots. There are a few other minor scratches and dents on the cabinet. « There are a few rubbed spots and one deep dent on the coil. None of the tubes are bent. The unit is fully charged with refrigerant and does not leak. « The fan compartment was a little dirty inside and it appears that mice may have gotten in at some point. We have cleaned it out and checked it and there is no evidence of any damage to the wiring, motor or other operating components. We will guarantee it to be in good working order as stated below. These issues should have no effect on the unit's ability to function. See photos for details.
