This listing is for one NEW Carrier 6 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit with gas heat, Model #48TCEA07. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with refrigerant and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The corner brace was bent and pushed into the coil slightly. We have straightened it. The damage is superficial and the coil does not leak. « There are a few minor rubbed areas on the coil. « There are a couple of other small dents on the unit. « This damage is cosmetic and should not affect the unit's performance in any way.
