This listing is for one NEW Carrier packaged rooftop air conditioning unit with gas heat. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with refrigerant and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « There are two spot on the coil where the tubes have been flattened very slightly. The damage is superficial; the tubes are not narrowed significantly and the coil does not leak. « The bottom of the unit has been pushed up under the compressor compartment. « There are a few other small dents and scratches on the unit and minor rubbed spots on the coil. « This damage is cosmetic and should not affect the unit's performance in any way.
