This unit is used, and when it powers on it indicated a fault with port 1. If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost. We use both UPS and USPS for shipments. For international shipments: the postage calculator in eBay does not take into account parcel size and may not be accurate so please wait for our invoice which will reflect the actual cost of shipping the item. All shipments are insured and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do not ship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed and you will be refunded. The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion. Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended for heavier items. Contact us and we can schedule a time to have the item available at our facility.
