Is there a charge for warranty processing? There is a charge if the item is out of our 60 Day Guarantee. The warranty processing claim fee is a charge of $7.95, which includes the processing, shipping, and packaging of a new item. Do I need to mail back the part? If the item is a GE brand, we do unfortunately require the item(s) to be sent back. Our associates will inform you if the part is required to be returned for a warranty claim to be granted.
