This is a quality MADE IN THE USA item and is constructed of poly-micro fiber material with a gore-tex lining for comfort and breath-ability. Wide elastic adjusting belts provide an endless array of adjustments for your unique build, and for maximum comfort and flex-ability. Velcro cinch's ensure a custom fit and easy in-and-out. This is a Woman's Carrier, specially fit for a woman's physique. This carrier has no ballistic value and requires the kevlar bullet-proof inserts. This carrier comes with the 6 X 9 trauma plate pocket front and center, for added protection. This item comes from the manufacturers liquidation of unsold inventory. These are all #1 quality items and are made in the USA. There is a limited array of sizes of these carriers, so please measure carefully and ask questions freely on these items. I have other sizes and colors available and I welcome your inquiries. This is a woman's carrier and it is BLACK in color…it is machine washable. This is a size XL/L and the front panel measures 22 X 14 inches and the back measures 20 X 15 inches. These measurements are taken from along the horizontal waist measurement, and vertically along the center line of the vest (not including the "ears"). These measurements represent the overall size of the ballistic pocket, and the plate would be slightly smaller. These dimensions are different from the men's standard carrier measurements….if there are any questions about this please contact me before purchase.
