Tugger The CartCaddyShorty power tugger is a motorized cart mover manufactured to push carts, pull carts, and maneuver carts or equipment that require turning and that can typically be pushed or pulled with one or two people. Tugger Applications This tugger is the smallest, most maneuverable tug available on the market, and still has plenty of power to handle most push or pull applications. The most common application for the tuggers is the cart with two front swivel casters and two straight casters. The CartCaddyShorty tugger attaches to the swivel castered end and provides the pushing and pulling power necessary for easy turning and intricate maneuvering. These carts can carry a variety of items, such as a bin full of washers, a flat bed of steel, or a cart full of cookie dough. Regardless of the parts or equipment being pulled or pushed, our battery powered tugger has the power to push or pull almost any heavy cart. Plenty of battery life to usually last two shifts. The Power Tugger has a variable speed twist grip for forward and reverse directions from 0 to 3 mph. The ergonomically correct variable speed feature prevents carpal tunnel and allows the operator to maintain smooth control while intricately maneuvering the load. The CartCaddyShorty Power Tugger's ability to go 3 mph allows the machine to keep up with the operator without frustration from waiting for a slowly operating machine when operating the power tugger from point A to B through-out your facility. The safety stop switch positioned at the back of the Power Tugger handle bar box immediately stops the machine when depressed to prevent any possible injury from operating the device. This feature is a must when buying any piece of equipment. The spring hitch option and customized tugger attachment prevent you from having to fabricate multiple attachments on everyone of your carts or equipment. The CartCaddyShorty's attachment springs down and upward, attaching firmly to the bottom of your cart. Now the operator can easily push, pull, or maneuver the cart. The CartCaddyShorty Power Tugger is designed for easy maneuvering and pivoting of your loads. After the arm is attached firmly to your carts or equipment, the unit can pivot a full 180 degrees under the arm.
