CARTER HOFFMAN MODEL PH-1830 It's been tested and works well and is fully operational. THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE ON THE FRONT IS NOT WORKING. CAN EASILY BE REPLACED. THE UNIT WILL HEAT UP BETWEEN 140 AND 200 DEGREES MORE BRACKETS CAN BE PURCHASE THROUGH THE MANUFACTURE FOR ADDITIONAL STORAGE. THE WAY IT IS NOW, IT CAN HOLD 3 FULL SHEET PANS OR 6 12" x 20" STEAM PANS.  Item is very clean and rolls easily on wheels. Dimensions: 32"D x 24 1/2"W  x 69 1/2"H  120V, 1500 watts   Model# HC 903 The shipping of $225 is to a business location that has a dock or forklift   Shipping to the continental 48 states Please add $50 for liftgate and $50 for residence shipping if needed.
