Item for sale: Cartwright Packaging 18" PLASTIC Heat Sealer w/ Reel Holder Cosmetic Condition: This item is in good, pre-owned cosmetic condition. It shows usage marks, but it is cosmetically in-tact. The outer casing is in-tact. It has a few scratches, but is in good cosmetic shape. Expect a nice, pre-owned item when you receive it. Operational Condition: This item is in working condition. It has been powered-up multiple times and continually powers without fault. The heat bar is working. I do not have a plastic reel for it, so I tested it on a newspaper bag, as shown. It is heating and sealing properly. This has not been used by us for any extended period of time, as we are solely resellers. Terms of Sale: You are buying this item as-shown beyond the above-stated operational / testing procedure. The testing procedure describes the ONLY testing that we have done, so email me with testing requests before you bid. READ: We specialize in Used Hardware. You should expect that this item will arrive in used condition, not new condition. Future repairs, if any, are to be taken care of by you. You assume responsibility of maintenance of this item when you receive it. I try to list my items in a fair manner. Occassionally something minor is overlooked.
