It has 54 speed keys for direct data entry and data transfer capability between the scale and PC in both directions. It has scale-to-scale PLU (price lookup code) data transfer capability. It can store 4,000 PLU codes of eight lines/50 characters each. It measures 7.8 x 16.1 x 16.9 inches (H x W x D). ). (H is the vertical distance from lowest to highest point, W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It runs on AC 120V, 60 Hz power. Food service scales are used to weigh food portions or inventory in a commercial kitchen environment.
