It has the electronic cash register and remote display (optional) connections - but no cables. It includes a downloaded owner's manual. Note that the manual says it has a "zero key" for use if the reading is not zero with nothing on the platter - it is not a key, it is a hole on the front panel through which a pencil / pen can be inserted to activate the zero switch. The manual does not say so but this can also be used for 'tare' weighing, it deletes a given weight up to about 1/2 lb. The platter size is about 14" X 13", and the weight about 20#. The nameplate also says 'approval #92-174'. Cosmetic condition: The pictures should show the external conditions, call or email if there is any question. Functional condition: We tested it to be "right on" with our standards (1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8 oz., and 4 lb weights, the readings were .03, .06, .13, .25, .50, and 4.00 lb). These were the results immediately after plugging it in and also after it had warmed up and it was 100% accurate for every weight at every location. Note that the nameplate says that it is good down to 0.2 # or 3.2 oz. - we had two of these scales and tested them down to 1/2 oz. (our smallest weight) with the weight any where on the surface - all 100% accurate (.03 reading). Surplus to a local aerospace companies needs.
