The calibrator is in good condition and ready for use. Due to a non-original 1/2" adapter it is adjusted for 1/2" mic only. Genuine adapter has somewhat different volume, so the equivalent volume corrections mentioned in a manual are no longer valid. For correct calibration you have to apply altitude correction in accordance with the manual. The calibration displayed on photographs shows 113,8 dB with officially certified Norsonic 1251 (-0,2 dB due to a free field microphone used) and 113,5 dB with CEL-177 placed. Another -0,3 dB is caused by ca. 400 ft altitude above the sea level. (sound level meter and Norsonic calibrator are not the part of this auction :)   Instrument manual
