It powers up, takes blood pressure reading, heartbeat, oxygen reading. The sale includes everything pictured. The monitor, rolling stand, Sp02 Sensor and the power cord. It also includes a blood pressure cuff and attachment. The unit is in good shape cosmetically, with only minor signs of use. This includes minor scuffs on the stand, labels or label residue on the unit and/or stand. I have several of these, all are in the same or similar condition as the one pictured. The unit pictured is a representative sample, not the unit you will actually receive.
