I am not sure just what make and model processor this is off of. So I will give you pictures and measurements. There is a number written on this with a marker and that number is 320. Perhaps it references the correct machine for this blade? Possibly an older industrial hobart? This blade is 12" in diameter and is approx 5/16" thick. The post that receives the shaft extends approx. 2-3/8" from the surface of the blade. The outside diameter of that post is approx 1-3/4". The opening that receives the shaft is approx 1" thick and has a single notch. The receiver is a brass insert that is securely pinned into place. The blades have a 1-5/16" x 4-3/8" gap for receiving product. I would assume that the blades need to be sharpened. If you know what this is off of, please let me know.
