 This package of brazing rods has been opened but the rods that remain are in good shape, no signs of dampness.  There are in total 87 rods of Xuper 18 XFC: this rod is of an older type, and has silver in it.  For repair of copper, brass, bronze, steel, galvanized and cast iron, including dissimilar base metal combinations.   Superior welding ability due to silver content. Triple deoxidized. Excellent color match to brass. Joining dissimilar brasses and bronzes to ferrous metals. 70000 psi tensile strength. Melting range is 1580-1640 Degrees F Diameters are 1/8". 3/16" A few rods have some of the coating chipped away from package handling, See pictures. I have another package of these rods.
