Be advised to make offers as early as possible, do NOT make them in the last few hours or so, as if I do not respond to them before their scheduled ending time, it is too late, as they are cancelled at auctions end time by Ebay and I no longer am able to respond after the end time to any offers. Of course I have the right to decline any or all offers. POLICY FOR BIDDERS: PAYMENT I expect payment within 4 days, unless you advise me otherwise. After that Ebay will be advised of non-payment. RETURNS: Generally NO returns are accepted unless, there was an error on my part, and the item was not described properly, and/or the pictures did not truly represent the item I was selling. This is my livelihood, I can not afford to accept returns, because you changed your mind after receiving it or feel the need to nit-pick about some minor issue. In an effort to hold down these financial and environmental costs, we use recycled shipping materials as much as possible. INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS: I try to keep shipping costs down. Most items ship International First Class unless value is high. Please be aware that this method often can take a long time to get to you, sometimes 6 weeks or more.
