CARBON FIBER - GRAPHITE - KEVLAR KEVLAR® 5oz TAPES 281 Plain Weave ( Available in 2", 3" or 6" Widths ) Weight: 5osy Weave: Plain Tow: 1140 Thickness: .010 KEVLAR® Aramid Cloths INFO KEVLAR® 49 is a structural grade aramid cloth used for composite reinforcement. This cloth requires saturation with epoxy, polyester or vinyl ester resins which will then create a rigid laminate. Please Note: Our Kevlar cloths are designed for composite reinforcement with either epoxy, polyester or vinyl ester resins. We do not carry ballastic grade KEVLAR® cloths which are referenced as KEVLAR® 29. We also do not handle KEVLAR® for clothing or body armor. For further information regarding KEVLAR® fabrics, including obtaining ballastic or felt style KEVLAR® please visit the DuPont™ website at www.kevlar.com.
