From a downsized business – here is a used cross cut, heavy duty paper shredder – the Achiever CCS 5000. Features include: Shreds up to 12 sheets at a time – in a cross cut manner- creating confetti size waste; Has auto/forward/reverse settings; Accepts paper up to 9.5 inches wide; Has rolling cart with removable waste bin; Safety switch to stop shredder when waste basket removed; Quiet operation; Shreds paper, staples, credit cards Condition; Forward and reverse manual settings work beautifully and quietly; I could not get the “Auto” setting to work. Toggle switch for auto / manual lights up but when paper fed in on auto setting cutting wouldn’t start. Plastic housing of shredder fairly “yellowed”. Rolling cart/ bin nice and not yellowed; Cart rolls smoothly and very easily; housing shows some marks scrapes from prior use. Measures as shown: 16in. wide x 28in. high x 12in. deep Sold as found. Shredder itself weighs 30+ pounds unpackaged; Cart/bin weigh additional 12 pounds. May have to be shipped in 2 boxes. Local pick-up always an option.
