This crystal detector was removed from an ECM flight line test set, and is a version of the standard HP 8472A general purpose cystal detector rated normally from 10 MHz to 18.5 GHz. I swept this and found it works well up to 24.5 GHz. It has been in my detector box for a while and needs a new home! SMA(M) in, SMC(F)!! out, with cable to flying leads, negative output voltage.  Priced right!
