The griddle plate is made of steel and is 5/8" thick. The griddle area is 18" x 24", and the overall width of the griddle is 24". The depth is 22.5", and the ship weight is 150 lbs. Cecilware's Heavy Duty Electric Griddles are designed to provide maximum cooking efficiency and high volume usage. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick, and the griddle features controlled zone heating - one heating element and temperature controller for each 12" of griddle surface. The heavy-duty tubular incoloy metal sheath element is clamped to the griddle plate, ensuring uniform temperature distribution.
