Really nice original Cedar Rapids Speed Governor.  Lots of original paint and lettering.  It is in excellent condition, on the original mounting board, and everything moves and functions as it should.  There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except some slight denting on top of the sheet metal housing which won't affect anything and could easily be remedied.  It measures about 26" long, and 21" tall overall.  It has 8" and 4" pulleys on it.  This unit allows you to run an engine at rated speed and ease the implement into the belted power source by turning the knob on top...basically like a clutch pulley but I believe the speed can be adjusted so you don't overspeed your implement.  I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, later this year.  I can also ship it quite reasonably through Fastenal.  These original governor pulleys are extremely difficult to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really make running an implement like a grinder or sheller nice.  This one should be ready to be put to use.  The pictures tell the story.  You won't be disappointed in any way.  I can be reached at 262 573 193 1 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
