This auction is for a Cementex 1575TW38F 3/8" 15-75 Ft-LB insulated torque wrench. The actual wrench used by Cementex to make the 1575TW38F is a Utica TCI-75FRN. **Could have either part number imprinted on the handle.** Item has been previously used and does have etching on it from previous owner. 15-75 FT-LB 23.7-105.1 Nm Tool is in very nice used condition with no obvious signs of damage to the insulation. There may be slight scuff marks or other signs of previous use/storage on the insulation--but the insulation is not torn or ripped or have holes in it.
