I have had this compressor for more than a year and it was working fine until it started to leak from where the wire goes in. I bought a special star tool to remove the part where the switch is and took out a rubber piece and other parts from there that I thought might have been where the leak was located.  Turns out that it wasn't and, in the end, I couldn’t figure out how to put all the parts back together so that the compressor worked again and never really found out where the leak was coming from. My lack of understanding how a compressor is put together is your gain. Basically this unit is perfect for either repair or parts, because aside from the leaking that just started, it worked totally fine otherwise. Comes with the star tool we bought. Specs: The 8 gal. tank on this air compressor provides the power you need to operate your pneumatic tools and equipment. This air compressor’s direct drive induction motor allows full power at your hands. Thermal load protection keeps the motor safe.
