Pump primer contraption ,looks to be vintage but in very good shape ,cosmetically the piece looks to have never been used ,it does come with instructions ,they are in bad shape but you can still understand the words ,,I'm sure whoever is interested in this already knows what its for ,made in New Glasgow,Nova Scotia,Canada ,very unique piece ,rubber cone is still in decent shape ,no big gashes or cuts in it ,the brass (copper)? Piece itself does have small scratches ,blemishes ,States in instructions can be portable or mounted ! BTW the 100$ bill not included ,just to give idea of standard measurement ! I repeat 100$ bill not included in the sale ! It also says in first line that a 3/8 pipe thread nipple is included in all VAC-ALL Packages ,this does not have one included !I'm sure it is readily available at any hardware store ! Any questions please ask before buying,if i can answer i will ! If you would like more details on the paper work feel free to ask ! Only 12 pics i couldnt get all the different angles plus the pics of close up paper work !seems like an unusual piece but for the right person needing one I'm sure they are not easy to find ! And on the shipping ,its an odd shape ,I have used flat rate and bought the shipping label from eBay ,if you have preference to shipping let me know ! I will do my best to find fastest cheapest way ,I have not had good luck with the shipping costs on here as far as it goes for myself ! If I list as free shipping it always cost a fortune plus the lucky winner is usually across the country !so shipping is on the lucky buyer this time !
