Roast your own green coffee fresh at home with this popular new roasting tool. Based on Tea Roasters this new design allows you to roast your own coffee at home to get the best coffee you've ever had! Most coffee beans you buy (even the gourmet beans) were roasted over a month before you get them. Not to mention before you drink them all. Coffee is at it's peak flavor roughly for only about a week or two after roasting. Beyond that it slowly losses flavor and depth. This ceramic roaster allows you to swirl your green coffee beans until you hear the second crack (sounds kinda like rice krispies cereal but louder). Then pour them into a colander and swirl them in front of a fan too quickly cool them. These green beans can be stored for up to a year with little to no loss in quality. It's once you roast them that they begin to slowly lose flavor. By purchasing and roasting your own Green Coffee beans you help the growers and you get to decide what coffee you like. Costa Rican coffee is my favorite but many people love a good Jamaican Coffee or Ethiopian is always amazing.
