The item here is a new ceramic fiber strip (tape) made by ceramic fiber textiles and reinforced with thin glass fibers. It has much higher tensile strength than blankets. The strip has a dimension of 25' x 2" x 1/8". It can be continuously used at temperature up to 810°F. We also provide stainess steel fiber reinforced strips that can be used to temperature of 1800°F for long-term application. Our ceramic fiber strips can be used as the door gaskets of furnace, stove and kiln to create a wonderful heat barrier.   Skyline Components, LLC. is a ceramic and glass material company who supplies low-cost but high quality thermal insulations, ceramic parts and glasses for industrial and family applications.   Our thermal insulations include ceramic fiber boards, blankets, papers, tapes, ropes, firebricks and high temperature ceramic adhesives.   Our high temperature ceramic parts are made of alumina (95-99%Al2O3), zirconia, cordierite, mullite, and silicon carbide (SiC). The materials can be supplied in the shapes of crucible, tube, rod, plate, disc, wafer, ring, beam, roller, shaft, screw, washer, sleeve, hunger, spacer, holder, nozzle, frame, milling ball and so on.   Our glass products include fused quartz glass and borosilicate glass. They can be supplied in shapes of tubing, rod, plate, disc, crucible, and so on.   We provide in-stocked standard products. Non-stocked products can also be provided as required. Moreover, we offer cutting service and customized products.
