Made by Centralab (CRL), U.S.A. P/N:  CRL PA-2028 This switch is set for 2 positions. Simply remove  stop tabs to add positions. DIM:  1 1/2" OD  X  2" D SHAFT:  1/4"  X  1 7/8"L (this switch can be easily be dis-assembled and a deck or 2 removed to shorten the switch.) NEW, OLD STOCK WITH MTG. HARDWARE.
